1.Our design

Full integration of design, purchasing and fabrication provides clients with reduced lead-in to procurement, flexibility to accommodate change and full document and design control through the life of their project.

Full modelling provides clients with visual design and detailing information that often aids related trade design for clash control and secondary steelwork design scope. Output in BIM format gives fully addressable models for beneficial use beyond the construction phase for Facilities Management.

Our Clients regularly ask us to review pre-designed projects and identify any areas where refinements can be made. Our design expertise coupled with a detailed knowledge of raw materials and fabrication processes can often result in dramatic savings in material, fabrication and erection costs as well as programme times. In many cases, this has also lead to more economic solutions for ground works and/or other follow on trades.

Youxing Angola steel structure shopping mall built the year of 2012，usage for supermarket and exhibition hall，general total area is 9088 square meters. The mid area is two floor supermarket，apartment is three floor，two side of the project is exhibition hall which adopt portal frame. The main structure of the project is adopt welded H steel column，two coats of mid-gray paint；75mm glass wool sandwich panel for roof，single steel sheet for wall surface with parapet around the wall，glass curtain as the wall of front and side while brick wall behind.
