Structure principle
The basic rotary motion of the Circular Swing Sieve is similar to manual screening, so it does not have strong vibration characteristics and the profile characteristics of the material are retained. The eccentricity and belt drive are adjustable.
The residence time of the product can be adjusted by the radial and tangential angle of the swing screen towards the drive axis. Horizontal and tossing three-dimensional tumbling motion is established. The material is evenly dispersed over the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, thus propagating axially in a spiral motion. The horizontal and vertical acceleration increases with the movement of the particles, and particles close to the screen aperture size are then successfully separated; larger particles are transported to the exit, where the flow is controlled by an adjustable guide device. This process is repeated between each sieve layer.
