Description

Our Alloy Steel Precision Casting is a kind of steel alloyed with molybdenum, manganese, nickel, chromium, vanadium, silicon, boron and other elements. After adding these alloying elements, it can effectively improve its strength, hardness, wear resistance and toughness, and its amount of alloying elements can vary from 1% to 50%. Compared with carbon steel, it is a good corrosion-resistant material, and those alloy elements can improve its machinability. It is most commonly used to make pipes, especially for energy-related applications, and also used to make heating elements of appliances such as toasters, silverware, pots and pans and corrosion-resistant containers.

About us

Our company was established in 2010, with a factory area of about 5000 square meters and about 60 employees. We have a complete set of advanced CNC machining equipment, including 6 vertical and horizontal machining centers, more than 10 CNC machine tools and more than 20 other machining equipment. In addition, our processing plant is completely independent of the foundry, with an independent management team and a tailored business model. Besides casting, forging and machining, it can also process various profiles. Our final products adopt advanced lost wax investment casting technology, equipped with a number of modern energy-saving and environmental protection production lines, including automatic or semi-automatic production lines for key processes such as wax making, shell making, pouring and heat treatment, with an annual supply capacity of 15,000 tons.
